題 is composed of 頁 and 是. 是 depicts a foot walking toward the sun, which has the meaning of chasing something good and bright, while 頁 is the picture of human head, which is the highest part of the body. The original meaning of 題 is forehead, now 題 is used to describe the first or most important part of something(especially an essay).
