㐬 is composed of a variant of 子 (child) and a variant of 川 (river). 㐬 forms the right half of 毓 and represents the amniotic fluid flowing out when a child is born. It means the movement of liquid. Later, this sense was taken over by 流. Nowadays, 㐬 is no longer used independently and only appears as a component in other characters.
